Shaker Keychains are the crown jewel of acrylic merchandise. They are constructed by stacking multiple layers of acrylic to create a “container.” Inside this container, we place tiny, laser-cut versions of your characters or items (like bubble tea pearls, hearts, or mini mascots) that slide around freely.
How It Is Made (The Sandwich Method)

Bottom Layer: The printed background base.

Middle Layer (Spacer): A thick acrylic frame that creates the hollow space.

Inner Pieces: Your custom-designed mini charms (e.g., a cat, a ball, a word) are placed inside.

Top Layer: A clear acrylic cover to seal everything in.
Design Ideas

Gachapon Machine: Design the frame as a machine, and the inner pieces as “capsules.”

Bubble Tea: Design the frame as a cup, and the inner pieces as “pearls/boba.”

Character Room: Background is a room, inner piece is the character “walking” around.
Important Note Due to the complex manual assembly required (gluing layers and placing tiny parts), the production time for Shakers is slightly longer than standard keychains (usually 2-3 weeks).
