Product Overview
Nothing beats the traditional look of an Embroidery Patch. Unlike printed badges, embroidery uses real thread to stitch your design, giving it a depth and texture that looks expensive and professional. It is the standard for government uniforms, motorcycle clubs, and security personnel.
Choosing the Right Backing
Iron-On (Heat Seal): Comes with a specialized glue layer on the back. You can attach it to shirts or caps using a home iron or a heat press machine. (Most Popular).
Velcro (Hook & Loop): Best for tactical gears, military uniforms, or interchangeable badges.
Paper Backing (Sew-On): No glue. Meant to be permanently sewn onto the garment. Best for heavy-duty usage like leather jackets.
Border Options: Merrow vs. Laser Cut
Merrow Border: A thick, overlocked thread border that wraps around the edge. Only possible for simple shapes (Circles, Squares, Shields). It creates a “finished” traditional look.
Laser Cut Border: The edge is cut by a laser and heat-sealed. This allows for complex, irregular shapes (e.g., the outline of a tiger, letters, or jagged edges).
Custom Embroidery Patches (Iron-On / Velcro) – Any Shape
The Classic Choice for Uniforms & Jackets. Custom Embroidery Patches use high-quality threads stitched onto a fabric base to create a textured, premium 3D look. Durable, washable, and fade-resistant. Available with various backing options to suit your application.
