Before Heat Transfer became popular, Silkscreen Lanyards were the industry king. They are still the preferred choice for many corporate clients who want a “heavy-duty” feel. The fabric is thicker and has a distinct weave pattern, making it feel more substantial than satin lanyards.
The Silkscreen Advantage
High Contrast: The ink sits on top of the fabric, offering excellent opacity. For example, White ink on a Black lanyard looks incredibly bright and sharp.
Pantone Matching: We can match the ink color exactly to your corporate Pantone code (Solid colors only).
Cost-Effective: For large quantities with simple 1-color logos, this is often the most economical choice.
Important Design Note Silkscreen is NOT suitable for:
Gradients or fading colors.
Photographs.
Tiny text (lines thinner than 1mm may break due to the fabric texture).
